Companies of all sizes face operational risks—quality, environmental, health & safety, security, food safety/quality. Some risks are anticipated; others are unexpected. How organizations plan for and manage those risks determines their ability to sustain a profitable and successful business.
Kestrel Tellevate assists with many of our clients’ difficult operational challenges—the ones that often present the greatest business risks—and works with management to deliver reliable, achievable, and sustainable solutions.
Solutions with Staying Power
At our core, KTL works to understand the potential risks to our clients’ businesses, and to then develop and apply tailored systems/processes and management tools that yield improved business and operational practices.
Our solutions have staying power because they are successfully embedded within our clients’ organizations. Not only do we work for our clients; we work with them. We make sure companies can sustain and continue the process improvements implemented when our work is done.
Together, we develop solutions that are reliable, fit our clients’ cultures, reduce risks, and assure compliance. Solutions that our clients can deploy, maintain, and continually improve across their organizations to elevate their businesses.
Meet Our Experts
Kestrel Tellevate LLC has built a team of carefully selected principals and senior consultants who excel at putting management’s vision, goals, and objectives into operation. Our team averages over 25 years of experience working for industry, government, and universities–as consultants, as former regulators, and as operational managers. We have dealt with many of the challenges our clients face; we have lived the types of processes we help design and implement.
Beyond U.S. local, state, and federal laws and regulations, our consultants also specialize in addressing the challenges of international regulations and treaties for multinational organizations, including the Basel Convention, Montreal Protocol, and Minamata Convention. Our team includes multilingual consultants with English, Arabic, French, Italian, Portuguese, Spanish, and Swedish language capabilities.
Our senior staff is integrally involved on every project, offering perspective and interacting directly with our clients to reduce risks and verify compliance. We engage employees at all levels and work across organizational structures to become trusted advisers in developing and improving cross-functional processes. We understand how to apply this knowledge to operationalize policies and strategies—enabling the vision expressed by boards of directors and senior management to be translated throughout operations.
Kestrel Tellevate LLC is not a software company. Rather, we integrate and apply IT, along with compliance know-how to create technology solutions. Our team is made up of EHS, quality, and food safety professionals with the technology expertise to design and build scalable systems that allow you to more efficiently and effectively manage compliance and business processes.
Many companies look at software as a silver bullet—a fix for everything. But applying technology to operations isn’t about just finding and buying a software tool. It is about understanding the business need, customizing and integrating the appropriate tool into existing operations, and deploying it so it is effectively applied.
Behind our systems, we have professionals with real-world industry experience, who understand your business and regulatory compliance obligations. This ensures that systems are built from the perspective of the people who will be using them—in the field, in the plant, in the office, in the board room—so they function the way you need them to.
