Andy serves in a consulting research role, providing technical support, project management assistance, and construction oversight on a variety of EHS and engineering projects. He brings a strong engineering background, a keen regulatory sense, and a willingness to take on technical challenges to every client project.
Through his education, background, and work at Kestrel Tellevate, Andy has become an expert in GIS, asbestos, and the Safe Drinking Water Act. Project work he has been involved with includes data management; internal process optimization; cost estimating; statistical modeling; project management, and reviews of processes, environmental impacts, and regulatory requirements. He plays a pivotal role on projects when it comes to subject matter research and interpretation, data management, and project reporting.
Andy also has working knowledge of various programming languages and SharePoint primarily leveraged to focus on task automation; process optimization; and data analysis and visualization. He works with KTL’s Technology-Enabled Business Solutions team to translate traditional processes into a wide range of IT solutions that improve clients’ performance and reliability.
