As Kestrel Tellevate’s IT Systems Administrator, Brian is responsible for maintaining all of KTL’s internal and client-facing information technology systems and security. He configures and maintains the server network to create seamless client subscriptions and access. Brian also oversees KTL’s electronic document management system and manages the interface with clients to ensure that this remains an effective project management tool for the team.
Brian is instrumental in providing technical functional support to KTL’s dyanQ™ operations, and maintaining the highest level of system security. He excels at helping internal and external clients solve various technical issues over the phone and using remote administration software.
Brian has experience maintaining, analyzing, troubleshooting and repairing computer systems, hardware, and computer peripherals. Prior to joining KTL, he served in roles as Help Desk/Technical Support; Network Administrator/Print Technician, where he configured and supported the organization’s local area network (LAN); and Information Systems Specialist, where he installed and configured computer systems for law enforcement agencies across Southern Wisconsin.
